Does your icing melt?
No. Our icing is made to withstand the highest temperatures. We use royal icing because it ships well–even from NYC to Florida!
Are your products kosher?
Only our gift tins of hand-iced sugar cookies are kosher. Eleni's is kosher certified by the Kashruth Division of the Orthodox Union.
How many cookies should I buy if I am having x amount of people?
The catering rule of thumb is 2-3 cookies per person, depending on what other desserts are being served. If it is only our cookies, error on the high side; if the cookies are to augment ice cream and cake, error on the low side.
Do we make cookies on a stick?
No. We do not send bouquets of cookies either.
Do we make cookie platters?
No. We sell the customer the cookies and they put them on their own platter. No exceptions.
Why are the decorated cookies so expensive?
Each cookie is hand-iced, with the utmost care and attention to detail. These are not only delicious sugar cookies but beautiful works of art! |
What is the minimum order for a custom cookie order?

Do you have a catalog?
Yes. We have an Everyday Catalog as well as Seasonal catalogs throughout the year.
Can I be added to your mailing list?
Yes. Please email us at sales@elenis.com with your name, address, phone, and email address. In the subject line of your email, please write "Add to Mailing List".
Do you make cookies with photographs on them?
Yes. They are called Edible Images and there is a 48 cookie minimum. You can email an image or send a hard copy directly to us. Please contact sales 888.435.3647 before placing your order.
