Return Policy

Eleni's New York has been baking and icing cookies for over 10 years. We take great pride in providing our customers with a quality product and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Eleni's Chelsea Market Store, please return it with a copy of your receipt for either an exchange or credit. Our Chelsea Market Store is cash and carry. We cannot take pre-orders on any items that are sold in the store. You must come in and pay for your purchase and take it with you. We cannot arrange for in-store pick ups or for customers to send their messengers to the store.
